Comfort Club Membership
A maintenance membership built for South Florida — seasonal AC and heat tune-ups, priority scheduling through the summer rush, member repair discounts, and no overtime fees. Keep your system running before the humidity, salt air, and hurricane season take a swing at it.
How it works
Enroll once, and we handle the calendar — two seasonal visits, a corrosion check every time, and a front-of-line seat whenever the South Florida heat has everyone else waiting.
Call us or book online and pick your plan. We log your system’s make, model, install date, and location — so every visit accounts for your equipment and how hard South Florida runs it.
Before summer’s wall of heat and humidity, we clean the coils, check refrigerant charge, flush the condensate line, and inspect the coastal condenser for salt-air corrosion — the number-one killer of outdoor units near the water.
Ahead of the cool-front season we test heat-strip operation, tighten electrical connections, verify airflow and thermostat calibration, and confirm your system is storm-ready before hurricane season winds down.
Between visits, members jump the line. When a July heat wave floods our schedule, your no-cool call gets same-day priority dispatch — with no overtime fees, day or night.
Or call (954) 555-0164 — we’ll match you to the right plan.
Frequently Asked
Two professional tune-ups a year — a spring AC service before summer and a fall heat/system check — plus priority scheduling, a 15% discount on all repairs and parts, no overtime fees, and a waived diagnostic fee on member service calls. Every visit includes a coastal-corrosion inspection and a condensate line flush, which matter enormously in South Florida’s humidity.
Our climate is brutal on AC systems. Units here run nearly year-round, salt air corrodes coastal condensers, and constant humidity clogs condensate lines and breeds mold. A spring tune-up gets you ready for peak cooling load, and a fall check keeps the system healthy through the shoulder season. Twice-yearly service is the single best way to avoid a mid-August breakdown.
Our most popular Comfort Care plan is $279 per year for two seasonal tune-ups, priority scheduling, and 15% off all repairs and parts. The Elite Protection plan is $499 per year and adds four visits, same-day emergency dispatch at no extra charge, $0 diagnostic fees, and an extended labor warranty. Ask us which fits your system and budget.
When a heat wave overloads our schedule and non-members are waiting days for a slot, members get moved to the front of the line for same-day or next-day service. In peak summer that difference can mean cooling your home the same afternoon instead of sweating it out for three days.
Correct. Comfort Club members pay flat-rate pricing around the clock. If your AC quits at 11pm on a holiday weekend, you pay the same labor rate as a Tuesday morning — no after-hours surcharge, ever.
Yes. We service and maintain all major brands — Carrier, Trane, Lennox, York, Rheem, Daikin, and Mitsubishi ductless systems — and the membership covers your complete HVAC system, indoor and outdoor units alike. If you have more than one system, we can enroll each one.
Tell us what your system is doing and we call back within 30 minutes with a technician name and an ETA. Diagnostics are $89 and credited to the repair; replacement quotes are free, with 0% financing available.
